
I’ve been eye-balling a recipe over at Vegan Yum Yum – Sweet Chili Lime Tofu with Wok Steamed Collards and Quinoa and finally decided to jump in and check out what everyone has been raving about. WOW!!! It was amazing. It was relatively simple to make and the recipe was very easy to follow. The entire meal was gobbled down and folks were scrambling looking for more….






i still need to try this recipe out as well! yours looks amazing!
i just keep forgetting to pick up some quinoa. i’ve gotta do that soon!
