Sweet Chili Lime Seitan

It was so delicious the first time – I made it again. This time I did a taste-off using tofu on one half and a chicken seitan on the other. I paired it with brown and wild rice with collards. I am not sure which was better. They were both great! Again – not a bite left at the end of the meal. I would have licked the sauce off my plate if I had been alone =)
