Key Lime Sour Cream and Guacamole

So this is the first condiment on a Caribbean themed meal testing a Happy Herbivore recipe. This was a delicious Key Lime Sour Cream that ended up on top of a Toquito. Yum!

The second condiment of the post was a Key Lime Guacamole. I smooshed up an avacado, dribbled key lime juice on top and added a dash of Sea Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper – DELIC!!!

  1. Guacamole has my heart. I really do think I’m addicted to it, we eat it 3+ times a week at my house sometime.

I’ve been eyeing the Key Lime Sour Cream recipe on the tester blog myself.

I have to admit, I’m a crappy tester, I have all sorts of my own ideas I want to try out and I’m too indecisive to decide what of Lindsay’s I want to try. YOU however, are an amazing tester.

  2. Thanks! The hardest part is trying to remember to measure and not ad-lib the tester recipes =) I like to wander the kitchen tasting & tossing in sprinkles, pinches & dashes of whatever catches my fancy =)
