Buttermilk Waffles


This works with the same theory as the buttermilk pancakes.  Soy milk laced with apple cider vinegar, dash of canola oil, whole wheat pastry flour, all purpose flour and vanilla extract.  Whip together, cook in waffle maker, drizzle with maple syrup and MMMMmmmmmmmm. Yummy vegan buttermilk waffles……
