Cherry Maple Muffins

 

Another morning muffin: cherry maple. It had all the usuals: soy yogurt, sugar, dash of oil, energ egg replacer, baking powder, flour (whole wheat pastry and white) and maple syrup.  A little sprinkle of brown sugar and oatmeal on the top. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. They were delicious!!!
