The great raw experiment continues. Here is a raw hummus made with sprouted garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, celtic sea salt and a dash of cracked pepper. I didn’t have time to make raw crackers, so I toasted whole wheat tortilla wedges – Yum!
Also on the menu was a salad of tomato, red pepper, onion, raw corn, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It’s just so darn pretty!
