Raw Hummus

The great raw experiment continues. Here is a raw hummus made with sprouted garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, celtic sea salt and a dash of cracked pepper. I didn’t have time to make raw crackers, so I toasted whole wheat tortilla wedges – Yum!

Also on the menu was a salad of tomato, red pepper, onion, raw corn, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It’s just so darn pretty!

  1. I´ve been wanting to try raw hummus for such a long time… but I don’t have a food processor! argghh!

  2. You might be able to use a blender if you up your liquids. It was pretty thick =)

  3. Your raw goodies look so yummy and pretty!

  4. Thank you!

  5. Wow. I’ve never tried to make raw hummus. I need to add that to my culinary list of things to do – looks yummy!
