Lime Mousse

My first foray into the realm of raw desserts heralded from Raw Food Real World. I chose the Lime Mousse with Macadamia Nut Coconut Crust. It was very unusual and really good. My munchkin actually ate the extra lime avocado mousse concoction!!!! I was floored. It was also really pretty =)
