A delicious fresh salad for lunch – broccoli, tomato, onion, carrot and red pepper. I made a yummy dressing with strawberries, ginger, orange, flax oil, avocado, sea salt and apple cider vinegar. I also sprinkled fresh basil, pumpkin seeds and vegan parm (ground up walnuts with miso and nutritional yeast) across the top. Soooooo Goooooood!!!
