Cashew Banana Ice Cream

I had some ripe bananas to use when I happened upon this delicious recipe from Dreena

I froze some sliced banana, then tossed them in the food processor with 1/2 cup raw cashews, 1/4 cup maple syrup and a pinch of celtic sea salt. MMMmmmmm…. It was a big hit with munchkin too!
