After a long, hot run I came in and made a Brendan Brazier recovery pudding – although I turned it into a smoothie. It was packed with vitamins and nutrients and delicious. I added a few things too it too! It was pretty, refreshing and really gave me a second wind after the workout.
I had another smoothie later in the day and this one was power packed with all sorts of tropical flavors with a big side of spinach added – the only way munchkin will eat spinach. It had peaches, strawberries, papaya, cantaloupe, banana, coconut oil, flax meal, hemp protein powder, almonds, dates and spinach. YUM!
