I have been wanting to make the 5-Spice Cookies from Dreena‘s Eat, Drink & Be Vegan – so I did. They are made with Chinese 5-Spice (which I’ve never used before.) It took about 2 minutes to whip up the dough & exactly 11 minutes to cook them. After dinner, I took some softened Rice-Cream and made the Cookie Sandwich she recommended. WOW! These were amazing!
